Monier Jarmakani
CHAIRMAN
Our Late and beloved Chairman came to Nigeria at the age of 13 to join his Uncle in establishing a new life and business. He was successful in the field of steel profile manufacturing and tailor made solutions in the Fabrication industry. In 1989, Monier Jarmakani bought a waterfront facility in Warri, Delta State and built a world class indigenous marine fabrication outfit which caters to the oil and gas industry and other construction outfits. He was the pioneer in local barge and house boat building in Nigeria and later expanded into construction of Ferries, tugboats and Dredgers. His legacy continues to empower Nigerians with opportunity to become major players in the world vessel building market.
Wisam Jarmakani
MANAGING DIRECTOR
- Born in Nigeria with Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in the Oil and Gas, Maritime and Construction Industries. Achieved Bachelors of Arts whilst continuing his education in Vancouver Canada, thereafter joined the company in 1998 and has since continued to expand its portfolio with implementation of new ideas and technologies.
A.S Adeniran
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
A graduate of Business Administration has been with the company for over Twenty Seven years. He is responsible for coordinating the activities of the company and clients and lease work with proposed customers.
A.O.Solarin
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
He is a fellow of the Institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has had close to three decades of top managerial, accounting and taxation experience in various sectors of the economy. He co-ordinates and organizes the finances of the company.
